Your account and audit data are stored in Google Firebase (Firestore). The site is served by Netlify. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. When you use the Growth Advisor, your audit results and context are sent to Anthropic's API to generate the analysis. These are our sub-processors:
Audit data is readable only by your own account, enforced at the database level by Firestore security rules, not just hidden in the interface. Entitlements such as your plan are written only by our server, never by the browser, so they cannot be altered from the client. Individual results are never shown to other users.
The Growth Score and dimension breakdown are computed deterministically from your answers. No AI is involved in the diagnosis, and the same answers always produce the same result. The Growth Advisor, which is AI-generated, only interprets that result and helps you execute. Your data is used to provide the service, not to train models, under the terms we operate on with our AI provider.
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record. They handle the checkout, the card data, and the compliance that comes with it. We never see or store your payment details. You can manage your plan and invoices through their portal.
You can read everything we hold about you inside the product, correct your profile at any time, and request complete deletion by writing to hello@growthmarkt.com. Deletion is completed within 30 days. If you are in the EU or a similar jurisdiction, you have the additional rights of access, portability, restriction, and objection under GDPR. The details are in the privacy policy and the terms of service.
Growthmarkt is early. We are not going to claim certifications we do not hold. What we can tell you is exactly how the product is built and operated, which is everything on this page. As we grow, this page grows with us, and the date below changes when it does.
