1. The service

Growthmarkt is a growth audit platform. It provides a structured diagnostic across 8 dimensions, a Growth Score, a dashboard, a prioritized roadmap, and a library of playbooks. By creating an account you accept these terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. One account represents one company; results are private to the account.

3. Plans and payment

Creating an account is free. The Growth subscription includes unlimited audits, your dashboard and score, the prioritized roadmap, and the complete playbook library while active, billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Plan entitlements are described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

4. What the audit is, and is not

The audit measures the structural health of your growth system based on your own answers. It is diagnostic information, not business, financial, investment, or legal advice. Scores, benchmarks, and roadmaps are directional tools; outcomes depend on your execution and your market. A high score does not guarantee growth, and we make no revenue or performance promises.

5. AI-generated content

The Growth Score and dimension breakdown are computed deterministically from your answers; no AI alters the diagnosis. The Growth Advisor's analysis and recommendations are AI-generated, may contain inaccuracies, and should be evaluated with your own judgment before acting.

6. Your data and content

Your audit answers and results belong to you. You grant us the license needed to operate the service (storing, processing, and displaying your data to you). Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

7. Acceptable use

No attempts to breach security, scrape other accounts, resell access without an agreement, or use the service to build a directly competing dataset. We may suspend accounts that do.

8. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or business decisions made on the basis of audit results.

9. Termination

You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms, with notice where practical.

10. Changes

When these terms change, the date above changes, and material changes are announced in the product before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
