By accessing or using the Growthmarkt platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.
Growthmarkt provides an AI-assisted growth diagnostic and intelligence platform. The Service includes the Growth Score audit tool, dashboard, reports, action plans, and related features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
The insights and recommendations provided by Growthmarkt are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional business, legal, or financial advice.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are in euros (EUR) and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
All content, features, and functionality of the Growthmarkt platform, including the diagnostic framework, algorithms, copy, design, and branding, are owned by Growthmarkt and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or use them without our written consent.
Your audit responses and account data remain yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process this data to provide and improve the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or complete. Growth outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growthmarkt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will do so.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
