What we collect

Account data: your email address and, if you provide them, your name, company, role, and website. Audit data: your answers to the audit questions, the computed scores, your roadmap, and task completion state. Usage data: standard analytics events collected through Google Analytics 4 (pages visited, approximate location at city level, device type). Technical data: logs generated by our hosting provider when you use the site.

Why we collect it

To operate the product: authentication, storing your audit results so you can return to them, and generating your dashboard and roadmap. To understand how the site is used so we can improve it. To respond when you contact us. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

Where it lives

Authentication and audit data are stored in Google Firebase (Firestore), readable only by your account under enforced security rules. The site is hosted on Netlify. If you use the Growth Advisor, your audit results and context are sent to Anthropic's API to generate the analysis; Anthropic processes this data to provide the service and does not use it to train models under the terms we operate on.

Benchmarks and aggregates

Benchmark comparisons currently use published research, not customer data. If we introduce platform aggregates in the future, they will be anonymized, never shown below meaningful sample sizes, and individual results will never be visible to other users.

Your rights

You can read everything we hold about you in the product itself. You can correct your profile at any time. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by writing to hello@growthmarkt.com; we complete deletion within 30 days. If you are in the EU or a similar jurisdiction, you additionally have the rights of access, portability, restriction, and objection under GDPR, and the right to complain to your supervisory authority.

Retention

We keep your data while your account exists. Deleted accounts are removed from production systems within 30 days, and from backups on the backup rotation schedule.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date above changes with it, and material changes are announced in the product before they take effect.
