The audit

What is Growthmarkt?

A growth audit platform. You answer a structured diagnostic across nine dimensions; it produces a Growth Score from 0 to 100, a dimension breakdown, and a prioritized roadmap of what to strengthen first. Playbooks show you how to execute each roadmap task.

How long does the audit take?

20 to 30 minutes. Progress saves automatically, so you can stop and resume. It is deliberately not a two-minute quiz; honest answers take a moment of thought, and the diagnosis is only as honest as the answers.

How is the Growth Score calculated?

Each question has 4 answer options scored 0 to 3. Dimension score = points earned divided by points possible, scaled to 100. The overall score is a weighted sum of the nine dimensions, with weights that adapt to your revenue stage. The method is deterministic: same answers, same score. The methodology is published in version 3.0.

Why do the weights change with revenue stage?

Because what matters shifts as companies scale. At pre-revenue, product-market fit, activation, and brand clarity dominate; at $5M+, revenue operations and systems separate compounding businesses from plateauing ones. A static weight table would punish early companies for not having systems they should not have yet.

What are null-state questions?

Questions that structurally do not apply at your stage, like churn rate for a pre-revenue company. They are excluded from scoring entirely rather than scored as zero, and they activate when your company reaches the stage where they become meaningful.

Is AI used in the scoring?

No. The score, the dimension breakdown, and the diagnostic patterns are computed deterministically. A separate Growth Advisor (in development) will help interpret results and plan execution; it never alters the diagnosis.

What does the audit not measure?

Financial performance, market conditions, product quality, competitive position, and individual team capability. It measures the system that produces outcomes, not the outcomes themselves. This limit is stated in the methodology because pretending otherwise would be dishonest.

Plans and access

Is there a free version?

Creating an account is free, and your results stay with it permanently. The diagnostic itself comes with the Growth subscription: the methodology is published in the open, and the audit that applies it to your company is the product.

What are the plans?

One plan, the Growth subscription: unlimited audits, your dashboard and Growth Score, the prioritized roadmap, and the complete playbook library. Billed at $99 per month, or $990 per year (two months free). Enterprise scope is custom and starts with a conversation.

What are playbooks?

Step-by-step execution guides linked to every roadmap task: what to do, in what order, and why each step matters, with checklists and a definition of done. The complete library is included with the Growth subscription.

How often should I re-audit?

Quarterly. Scores rarely move within 30 days, and the product will tell you so if you try. The delta between two audits is more valuable than any single result: it tells you whether the system is improving, not just whether tasks were checked off.

Data

Who can see my results?

You. Results are stored under your account and protected by enforced access rules. Benchmarks come from published research, not from other customers' data, and individual results are never shown to other users.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. When our AI features process your results to generate analysis, that data is used to provide the service, not to train models, under the terms we operate on with our AI provider.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. Write to hello@growthmarkt.com and your account and all associated data are deleted within 30 days. Details in the privacy policy.

Results

Does a high score guarantee growth?

No, and we will not pretend it does. The score measures structural health: whether the practices that produce reliable growth exist and operate. A strong system in a weak market can underperform; a weak system in a strong market can coast for a while. The score tells you which one you are.

What should I do after the audit?

Open the roadmap. It is ordered by priority and impact. Start with the single task marked "Do this week", open its playbook, and execute. Mark tasks complete as you go; your projected score shows what the work is worth before you re-audit.

Can a platform really diagnose a business it does not know?

The audit does not guess your numbers. It measures the maturity of your growth practices through your own answers, against a published methodology you can read and judge for yourself. It is public at /methodology.
