How it works

How growth becomes governed.

Growthmarkt runs growth as a loop: diagnose with the Growth Audit, work the roadmap in priority order, and keep the record with quarterly re-audits. It begins with a standard and ends with a record. The audit takes 20 to 30 minutes and is not designed to be finished in two; the businesses that want real answers give it real attention.

Step 01

Answer the audit

A short set of context questions establishes what you sell, how customers buy, your revenue stage, team size, primary challenge, and revenue model. Those answers decide which questions you are asked and how each one is worded, so a marketplace is not asked a question written for a sales team. Then the scored questions, organized across nine dimensions. Each question has four answer options describing increasing levels of maturity: absent, early, established, optimized.

Questions that do not apply at your stage are excluded from scoring entirely. A pre-revenue company is not penalized for having no churn metric. There is no churn to measure yet.

Sample question

How do you track whether customers are staying?

We do not track this consistently.
We check total customer count periodically but do not measure churn formally.
We measure monthly churn rate and review it regularly.
We track churn rate, cohort retention curves, and resurrection rate on a defined cadence.
Step 02

Get your Growth Score

Each dimension produces a score between 0 and 100. Dimension scores are weighted by your revenue stage and combined into the overall Growth Score. The weights shift as companies scale: retention, product-market fit, and activation dominate early, while revenue, operations, and systems matter more later.

The score is deterministic. The same answers always produce the same diagnosis. No black box.

Step 03

Work the roadmap

The platform generates a prioritized roadmap from your results: what is urgent, what is important but not urgent, and what can wait. Each task names the dimension it improves and the reasoning behind it.

Tasks are tracked inside the platform. Mark them complete and your projected Growth Score responds, so you can see the system improving before you re-audit.

Urgent
Define and instrument a monthly churn metric. Retention cannot improve while it is unmeasured.
Important
Document your ideal customer profile and test it against your last ten closed deals.
Later
Set up a learning library for experiment results.

Step 04

Re-audit and keep the record

Work the roadmap, then re-audit on a quarterly cadence. The same instrument, the same questions, so the change between two audits is real signal, not a new opinion.

The trend shows which dimensions moved and which drifted. Growth carries a record, not a memory, and the record is what governance runs on.

One audit tells you where you are. Four a year tell you whether you are moving.
